I’ve never tried Chinese egg drop soup before. My grandma taught me how to make an Eastern European version that is soooo comforting in cooler weather! Dude. I caught at the end you said you can customize the soup to anyway you like I really needed to hear that. I always think I have to make the soups or meals for different cuisines specific to traditional recipes, but I happen to like a lot of ginger in everything —sometimes I even put miso paste because I love the flavor and I’m accustomed to it. Rock on. You two make a great team. ❤❤
