This guy just makes the best version of everything! 😂 By far the best egg drop soup I've ever made. I added a dash of ponzu and fish sauce. Wow the Umami went to 💯 %.

Love the idea!

I have organic miso packs in my pantry (1 pack makes 500ml of broth or 2 and bit cups) and it has plenty of salt so I am omitting the soy and oyster sauces.

I will use imitation crab that I pan to shred instead of tofu (it still has the springy texture of tofu)

Eggs, corn starch slurry and scallions are staying!

I love eggs so I appreciate eggcellent ideas for recipes.

You can make so many variations with this one!
