I do it with both hands, activate trans to 1/4 then use your left hand 1st to go forward, then the right to come back. It looks and sounds great. You can vary it or cross hands, looks awesome. Love your content bro. I could show you a great trick using 1/2 & 1'4 beats on slip loop. On the 4th bar alternate between the 1/2 & 1/4just before the drop. You get a really cool drumming build up sound. I discovered it by accident but I don't see any other DJ's doing it. It's super effective. You can do it for 4 or 8 beats. I used the exact same free glitch effect you're using and it's driving me up the wall. Please consider adding some variety to your cuts.
It's like a dj transition. You wouldn't use one style of transition for an entire set, but you're using a single one for your channel
