Insane DJ Controller Hack!

Just to add to this in case you didn't know - the number underneath the menu in Rekordbox where you pick the type of FX (where it says BACKSPIN in this video) tells you how many bars the effect will be spread over if you hold down the On/Off button. So for example in this video its set to '4', meaning if he holds the button long enough the FX will last 4 bars before it reaches its finish.

You can set to it 1/16, 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, 1, 2, 4, 8, 16 or 32 bars

There is literally a label for this feature printed on the DDJ-FLX4 and DDJ-400.

It's not a hack, it's a built in feature. Hack would imply it's being used in a way it's not originally intended.

These shift effects are literally written right there on the decks!! Where'd the curiosity, guys?! There's so many cool functions, like the slicer, people need to stop DJing as if it was vinyls with zero effects

It's literally printed on the controller!! Anything text inside a box is a effect or function that will be activated with the shift button!
