Such a good line, it’s one of those exchanges that sums up the whole film in less than 15 seconds.

The day after I saw this movie, for a moment I wasn't really sure if I had seen it or dreamed it, it was so trippy.

But then the original poem is so strange that people are still debating what it means 600 years later. The unknown author must have been on some strong stuff when he wrote it.

The green knight would only return what was inflicted upon him. Gawain could've gave him a flesh wound or even a small pat, or perhaps an invitation to the dinner. But instead his pride and ego took over and he beheaded the green knight.
