I have learned that instead of worrying, I fill my mind with scriptural thoughts and promises of gratitude because a grateful heart has little room for worry. In Lamentations 3:22-23 God lovingly gives us a fresh start each morning, and it would be a shame to waste it by dragging the heavy baggage of yesterday into His new Grace. I tell myself, "Yesterday is History, Tomorrow is a Mystery, and Today is a precious gift from God and that is why we call it "The Present". God, please give me the courage to open this wonderful gift from You. Thank you; may God continue to bless your ministry.
