With Pam’s new job, life was never a struggle for her and Lily again, and Pam eventually started a relationship with Josh, which led to them being happily married. When word about his actions and behavior got out to the public, Pam’s former boss started losing customers, which led to his restaurant going out of business and him being homeless for the rest of his life.

Nobody should ever be fired for trying to do the right thing. I've been down that road before, and one of my former co-workers told a lie about me just to get me fired and move themselves up the ladder.

That boss is so disrespectful to his employee and he doesn’t even care about her saving someone’s life at risk and he should never fired her because she is only trying to save lives. He only thinks that the man was stealing food but he’s not. However the man that Pam saved offered her a job so that she and her daughter can move on and be very successful. No one should be firing someone who is helping and saving people’s lives and every manager and boss should know better and put employees first and then work.

On the other hand, punishing people for doing the right thing (victimisation) is never okay.
