Young Frankenstein is my favorite example of this because it's still legitimately hilarious to this day. Go watch it and try not to piss yourself laughing, all the laughs are the actor's delivery of the lines and puns/innuendo which never really gets old.

Roman Holiday really seems like it's "Perfect" to me. Extremely well acted, interesting the whole time through, and one of the only perfect endings in Cinema history.
