Just to consider an alternative perspective, don't you think that our viewpoint of life on our deathbed might be a bit narrowed? Like, although these may be the most common regrets on peoples' deathbeds, working to avoid them may not necessarily be the best ways to live our life. Heeding the advice of this video definitely makes me personally live a happier life, but I've always taken solace in the fact that the feelings of regret I'll have on my deathbed will almost entirely be due to my position - on the deathbed. Sort of like calming yourself down on a psychedelic trip by reminding yourself that whatever negative thoughts you're having are being amplified by the drugs - rationalizing your own mind I guess.
