David Sinclair is a professor in the Department of Genetics and co-director of the Paul F. Glenn Center for the Biology of Aging at Harvard Medical School, where he and his colleagues study sirtuins—protein-modifying enzymes that respond to changing NAD+ levels and to caloric restriction—as well as chromatin, energy metabolism, mitochondria, learning and memory, neurodegeneration, cancer, and cellular reprogramming.

Dr David Sinclair has suggested that aging is a disease—and that we may soon have the tools to put it into remission—and he has called for greater international attention to the social, economic and political and benefits of a world in which billions of people can live much longer and much healthier lives.

Dr David Sinclair is the co-founder of several biotechnology companies (Life Biosciences, Sirtris, Genocea, Cohbar, MetroBiotech, ArcBio, Liberty Biosecurity) and is on the boards of several others.
He is also co-founder and co-chief editor of the journal Aging. He is an inventor on 35 patents and has received more than 35 awards and honors. In 2014, he was on Time Magazine’s list of the “100 Most Influential People in the World,” and listed as Time's Top 50 in healthcare in 2018.

I’m an old retired scientist (octogenarian) I’ve followed David’s protocol for two plus years. I’ve taken Steve’s epigenetic age test before I started then annually for two years. I have a net reversal of 6 years. First year I took 1/4 doses, second year 1/2 doses, 3rd year 3/4 doses. This is because I had a heart attack in my youth (65yo). Working with my cardiologist of 40+ years. In the last 16 years I went from 320lbs to 195 lbs. Getting better & stronger. People tell me I look like I’m 60. I feel like I’m forty most of the time.

The key in Dr David Sinclair's youth is eating one a day, less frequent of eating make you look younger, but still you need to make sure you eat nutrients dense foods in that one meal a day diet.

I am a 63 year old natural competitive bodybuilder and I eat 4/5 meals a day. I eat plenty of fruits, nuts and vegetables. Chicken, Turkey, Eggs, Fish are my main sources for protein. There’s no way I could eat one meal a day. I do intermittent fasting, but not for extended hours. I do believe that it is healthier to consume less calories, because as Americans, we eat way too much.

I don't understand whenever I do a plant-based diet specially with beans. I get fatter more tired and my joints hurt I would love to have and no meat diet up but it just doesn't work for me. I eat high quality meat with.
Only a certain amount of vegetables and very little fruit and I feel so much better. Please explain

I heard about dead came for a person because of kidneys faillure, I heard too about lungues fatigue in people who smoke..
