And Bill's last words are "AXOLOTL! My time has come to burn! I invoke the ancient power so that I may return!"
So he's saying the Axolotl's name...so that he can atone for his crimes? For apparently burning his home dimension? And so that he'll be able to return "in a different form?" Maybe as a human or something!
I really hope we get more information about this. Maybe a spinoff or a book? Or a movie! Or an actual continuation of Gravity Falls!

Ok. I was singing with this video, and when it said:
“... when confidence all you lack...”
I sang:
“When oxygen is all you lack.”
So like, Bill would only appear when your like drowning or in space without a helmet.
