My hair was thinning and I had a couple of small bald spots. When I started taking DHT blocks and oiling my scalp with caster oil Jamaican black caster and rosemary oil my ball spot started to fill in and my hair is shedding less and that happened within a few weeks

Hello Doc, is there a hormone deficiency/imbalance that causes the scalp to itch and burn? For years now ive suffered from itching, burning scalp along with hair loss at the crown of my head. Along with constant fatigue, sometimes depression, a belly that is disproportionately large and some weight gain in addition to other things.
Also may I ask, what are your thoughts on hormone replacement therapy and do you think it could stop my scalp from itching and burning?
