New wave of mobilization in Russia: men should go to war and cannot exit the country

In Russia, they restricted the exit from the country for citizens liable for military service. This was reported in the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. According to intelligence data, the Russian Federal Security Service sent such an order to all border departments of Russia.
