A lot of people have asked for this recipe, so here it is! A melt in your mouth ragu that is packed FULL of flavour. It is actually very easy to do. Only 15 minutes of prep and then you whack it in the oven for 4 hours - can't get much easier than that! Enjoy :)
Ragu
Serves 4-6
4 medium size beef short ribs
2 onions (finely diced)
2 carrots (finely diced)
2 celery stalks (finely diced)
4 garlic cloves (sliced)
Bunch of thyme
2-3 bay leaves
Generous pinch of salt
Few grinds of black pepper
Glass of red wine
1 tin of tomatoes
650ml beef stock
Pasta
Serves 4
400g tipo 00 flour
2 tsp salt
4 eggs
