A lot of people have asked for this recipe, so here it is! A melt in your mouth ragu that is packed FULL of flavour. It is actually very easy to do. Only 15 minutes of prep and then you whack it in the oven for 4 hours - can't get much easier than that! Enjoy :)

Ragu
Serves 4-6
4 medium size beef short ribs
2 onions (finely diced)
2 carrots (finely diced)
2 celery stalks (finely diced)
4 garlic cloves (sliced)
Bunch of thyme
2-3 bay leaves
Generous pinch of salt
Few grinds of black pepper
Glass of red wine
1 tin of tomatoes
650ml beef stock

Pasta
Serves 4
400g tipo 00 flour
2 tsp salt
4 eggs

Gotta say, I really enjoy these style of videos much more than your shorts. Dont get me wrong I love your shorts too but this style of video is just so much more chill and slow paced. I feel like it really fits your cooking style of being laid back and making literally everything from scratch along with your minimalist kitchen (Seriously I wish my kitchen was as clean and minimalist looking as yours). Keep it up dude!

I'm Australian of an Italian born Dad n love pasta dishes. This is one of the better ragu recipes that doesn't need a complicated army of ingredients that anyone can do.

So cool seeing you demystify the process of making fresh pasta. I watch cooking shows all the time and have never seen the folding method explained. I thought you might add a pat of butter to the pan like restaurants do when combining the ragu and the pasta. They add butter to everything.😏 Yours looks👩🏽‍🍳💋🤤
