One of the chefs that lectures us at culinary school made this recipe. We didn’t do it for the practical class, though. It was only a demonstration. We did Cultivateur Soup instead. AKA Farmer Soup. Which was also really good 👍. Keep up the great work Sam.

Wow bone marrow!! I've heard of this but it's the first time I've actually seen it cook! It's really interesting to see that the cooking method is completely different from our country.
