rtx 4070 on laptop is actually only 128 bit GPU. Nvidia has really played dirty here. Why did they gimped it is out of my understanding.

I am very confused. So should I get the 4070 R9 8890hs ai (katana 15) or the ThinkPad? Yes, they are two unrelated devices. Well, I am currently taking software training. If I sometimes go to the library or cafe, I want to take it with me and I don't want it to upset me when there is no plug. The Thinkpad has already proven itself in this regard. It is a business laptop and more elegant (though the katana 15 is smaller). On the other hand, although the quality of the materials is not very good, there is a laptop that attracts me with its graphics card and processor. My biggest concern for the katan is its battery life. If I listen to music in the browser and write code, how many hours will it last me in power saving mode? (in super power saving mode, at 60 hz screen refresh rate and in the optimum state where we use the internal graphics card). And finally, will the fan noise be very noticeable in the library? I want to focus on my software course right now. I don't want to distract myself by playing games. Actually, I have 3 months left until the end of my course. If I think about it in the future, maybe I can do game streaming or graphic design one day. Maybe I will never do it. It's just a possibility. But if I buy a ThinkPad, I will have a high-quality, long-battery life work computer, but I can't do what I said last(streaming, graphic design etc). Thanks in advance for your ideas and advice. If I were very rich, I would buy both :))..
