OLED/AMOLED uses PWM(Pulse Width modulation) for display brighness control under 50% brighness. Whereas IPS uses DC dimming to control brightness.
So what is the difference ? IPS displays are much better than OLED (even on iPhones and S23/24) for longer useage.

I have realme 7i it was said 2 to 3 year's of major upgrade but I got only 1 year major upgrade ( from Android 10 to Android 11 ) and 2 year security updates . I am suggesting go with redmi and Motorolab phones because even update are getting late but atleast you will get it at some point . They never remove the update
