After throwing away 5 needles and 10 hours of mental gymnastics, I injected at the same time as this video and I didn't even feel anything, I've injected 20 times before but I suddenly got extreme anxiety and as I'm writing this comment, I finally did it. For best results-
1. You can warm of the vial of the solution in your hand for 5 minutes.
2. Clean the top of the vial with alcohol swab & let it dry. Do the same with the IM location on body (Make sure it completely dries to prevent pain) .
3. Use a drawing needle to draw medicine (normally a 18g)
4. Switch to a fresh needles for the injection
5. Stretch skin, After your quick 90 degree jab, pull back sqlightly on plunger, then push the meds through the barrel slowly (IM solutions are very thick so it may take a few seconds little)
6. Remove -> put Bandaid-> you can gentle massage area in a circle motion -> or use a heating pad on the injection location for 5 minutes after the injection. To lessen soreness
