I cant thank you and your wife enough for doing the book swap video a month or so ago on her channel...Red Rising was one of those books included and I am now almost to Morning Star!!!! Love the video, love the channel! I think you have something unique going. Your videos coincide with each other which then places you at a vantage point because your videos don’t become mundane and cause the viewer to feel like they are watching the same thing over and over. I say this also as a reader that doesn’t even read the books that you love. Even with that being said, your content is fun and seeing your passion for it causes me to be thrilled when I see a new video pop up of yours.

I got Red Rising and some other books for my birthday (which is tomorrow), after watching you and Ashlynn's videos in which you have spoken about it. I have a few books to read before I get to it, but I am looking forward to it! Great video once again!

YOU BOTH ARE SO FUN TO WATCH.
As someone who read Harry Potter at 10/11 y.o., when the series first came out, my little mind was amazed. When HP1 came out, I went to the library every day to check where I was on the wait list. The librarian eventually just bought me a copy as a Christmas present <3 *core memory* Being the same age as the characters and growing up with them as they did was magical. There's not a lot better for a child learning how to read and building a love for books than reading about characters their age doing adventurous things, taking down the bad guy, and being more clever than the adults ;)
Also, put off GOT for so long as I was immensely skeptical of the hype and didn't like the dialog, but tried it out cause it's my BF's fav. I like the character development and tragedy and I'm glad I attempted the series again.

This was very entertaining! I enjoyed your reactions and side comments throughout. I usually avoid videos like this because negative comments are hard for me to read, but I enjoyed this. I was definitely annoyed that so many of the bad reviews were from people who didn't even finish reading the books. That really shouldn't be allowed. Ugh. Whatever, I'm not really deterred from trying out most of these that people were hating on. And, I agree, LOTR is always five stars!
