If you don't know who I am, my name is Andy Elliott. I am the founder of The Elliott Group with my wife Jacqueline Elliott who is our CEO. Today, we have a 150 million dollar business, and we're on our way to a billion.

If you don't believe you are qualified to have a big life...here is my story.

At 18, I got into automotive sales and made a $1,700 commission on my first day.
19 years old, I made 225k in one year.
20 years old, I made my first 500k.
The most I ever made before being promoted to a General Manager was 716k selling cars as a W-2 employee.
As a GM, the most I made was 2.5 million in one year.
In 2019 after 20+ years in the car business, my wife Jacqueline told me she learned to live without me and I decided I was
built for more, was tired of settling and being "better than most" in all areas of life.

God.
Family.
Physical.
Mental.
Business.

I went PSYCHO in self development and totally re-created EVERYTHING in my life.

Today, I live by example in everything that I do and my number one goal is to build the world's greatest leaders on planet Earth, and teach everyone how to sell, influence, and persuade, because NO money is ever made without sales.

I see people everyday that have no idea what true potential is…well I do…And it’s UNLIMITED! I am living proof of that!

Love it Andy!

Courage. It’s so simple. Having the courage to speak to strangers is so simple. Think about it. To talk to someone else you don’t know AND MOST PEOPLE FEAR THAT. The worst that happens is someone says “no” or “go away”. No one’s getting shot at. Use that simple mindset to set the other 5!

My favorite was courage. The reason why is because courage allows you to step into the sales role and accept whatever challenges may come.

I was told by a manager at a dealership.. these guys don't want to work. They look up, they go back on their phones. They are told, customer and still don't acknowledge the customer. Then the manager closing the customer to prove a point and they wanna line up like dogs seeing who will get the ball. I was told that if I want to come then make the change... Cuz they see what I'm capable of. So im almost done with chaging my mindset from limit belief to greater things from life, trying to get my disciplined mindset to scratch the surface and I'll go cuz what I do now... its really limiting me from being better and it's time to stop being like these guys around me and be better. They can stay back. I wanna go up...body changing, mind is changing now gotta work on my finances. I've lost a lot this past 6-7 moths but have not given up and not going to... 💯💯💯

Repition is mines... you can't get far without repitition... everything in life requires repition.. and that's key... 💯💯💯
