CarPlay works better because there is only one iOS. There is no variation with Apple which, while some people think it’s boring, it’s why most experiences are extremely optimized and streamlined. There are so many variations & UIs of Android it makes it more difficult to have a cohesive “Android” experience.

Thanks for the tutorial, just swapped my stereo in my challenger and was scratching my head a bit ;)
Also, kudos on having a legendary NSX! Japanese cars in general doesn't make me turn around on the street but the rare times you get a glimpse of a NSX you stare, mouth half open. Truly in it's own category :)

What’s the app used to convert from android audio to apple car play ?

I have an iPhone, but I have not seen any issues with any Android phone on Android Auto. I have seen people use Samsung phones, OnePlus, Nothing Phone, etc. Probably the ones that fail are the cheap Android phones. Which, yeah, if you spend 150 bucks on a phone, probably won’t be a great experience.

hi John i got a new anfroid head unit 10inch into my Mazda cx5 2014 model, out of fustration in not been able to connect the iphone 13 to it i hit factory reset, i was told my ipne would connect wirelessley as this unit doesnt have a usb connection . i wipeed a lot of stuff off, please help with advice, is there a website i can get a software download to reinstall Tlink app Android auto etc.Thank you in advance.
