I do like all these Pokémon but with the exception of infernape and maybe rowlet I wouldn’t say any of the are my favorite from that region (even if you remove starters and legendaries)

I don’t think this guy knows what the word “Likeable” even means, let alone most likeable. It’s a Pokémon that is attractive to the eye, but also not aggressive or threatening from the look. Most of these choices have big snouts or teeth. Anime characters shouldn’t count bc some obviously got more spotlight than others, so unfair contest by far. I’m not even looking my Dex and I’m gonna go with: Oddish, Phanpy, Swablu (a flying pillow has no competition, let’s be honest y’all), Turtwig (even Paul chose this guy as his first, if you can win Paul over, it’s THE ONE), Chandelure (it’s most liked bc it’s perfectly creepy, perfectly named and doesn’t have much of a face to come off as threatening), Floette, Popplio, Alcreamie (he literally had the image and didn’t choose it, I mean look at it, what’s not to like? Even if you’re diabetic, it could be a neat challenge for it to create sugarless treats), and Ogerpon (the whole town literally changed their perspective on liking it after they found out the deceit about its backstory and wanted it in their lives.)
