Another tip is to instantly q after each enhanced basic hit to get the movementspeed buff towards the passive ring, helps you do the combos a little bit faster. Advanced: Cancel the autohit-animation with the q, the damage will still go through but you safe even more time to do the combo even faster. Also quite beginner-friendly compared to the more difficult combos that are not shown in this video (maybe a future follow-up? :) )

How do I come back in E instead of going to the other side of the opponent like in the last example?

For the "assassination" combo you mentioned, you are better off getting another auto proc in before R2'ing just to make doubly sure that they will die or else you may be missing damage for her R2 execute to do full damage as I believe the threshold is 30%?
