Using q directly after using the ult+e combo is a waste of U will almost never use this combo!! I use w+e way more often than this so for the aspiring akali mains: aa after ult+e and cancel the aa animation with q and cancel the q animation with e recast

I do this and my E goes off after my full combo and flies towards chickens or some shit like that
