20 Minute Postnatal Yoga For Toning

Tone, strengthen and relax your body from 6 weeks postnatal onwards once your doctor has allowed you to start exercising again.
This is ONLY for women who are more than 6 weeks after giving birth and have had the go ahead from their doctor to now exercise
Please work to your own level with everything and in guidance with the advice from your doctor especially if you have any medical conditions, complications or are high risk.
I am a fully qualified and widely renowned Pre and Post Natal Yoga teacher with over 17 years of experience teaching women from the early stages of pregnancy through to postnatal recovery. Many of you will of course know me as World Leading Face Yoga Expert and a renowned authority in Relaxation, Nutrition and Wellbeing. I am a Mum of two wonderful little girls and a firm believer in the importance of Yoga and holistic therapies for fertility, pregnancy, birth and postnatal recovery. I am also an advocate for the importance of Yoga and massage for babies and children.
I believe we should all have the opportunity to look and feel the very best we can at whatever stage of motherhood we are in and we should all feel comfortable and confident in our own skin. My philosophy is that exercises for bump, birth and beyond should be safe, effective and easily fit into our busy lives.
