Bangladesh's growth in the past 2 decades is due to the policies of the same Sheikh Hasina. Maybe she is too old and frail to run the country but do they have anyone with that kind of mandate who can run the country? Somehow people in Banglades and Pakistan believe that their army will "rescue" their country from their "rulers". They dont. They may hold on for a while but they cant do anything about the economy as there are many factors that affect economic stability. Bangladesh is now in a worse off situation that when they had some government. The Islamists seem to be behind the over throw and coup. This is very dangerous for Bangladesh's future. The people may not understand that there is nothing to celebrate today. They have to fear the outcome.
