However you should still tell them kindly. Think of this like a person in a court room who committed a hate crime, the judge may plan for them a punishment, however the person continues to hate people of that group, no matter what someone does, this person will not change their mind, but that doesn’t justify the crime. The same thing can be applied here, a person may always disbelieve in Islam and you can’t force them to believe, however that doesn’t justify the fact that their a disbeliever, they will still be punished.

The wine in Jannah is very different then the wine in earth, and it does not cause drunkness, intoxication or headaches. And nothing in Jannah is haram(forbidden)

17:00 I’m not super skilled in this topic however, I believe it means that Allah has willed good for you, however you may take that good thing and turn it into something bad, for example Allah may give two people immense money, one of them glorifies Allah more as a result of that, so Allah increases him in guidance and gives him more, however the other person refuses to thank Allah for his success and becomes arrogant, ceasing to worship the one who gave him life, so Allah increases him in his misguidance as Punishment. Allah gave both people the same thing, Money, however one person used it for good while the other person did not. Similarly if Allah gives two people health, one uses it to be kind to others while the other uses it to commit crimes, Allah gave them both the same thing however they used it for good and bad themselves and became guided or astray because of themselves.
