This is my first time watching, great video explaining quick and simple! I’m in west Texas, where are you? I assume the same process goes for most areas? Is temperature the main factor for germination? I have a ton of weeds. 😩

My Formula: Cut grass low, dethatch, remove debris, use 50% golf course sand with 50% brown earth to fill in low spots and then use leveling rake to smooth out, Seed with drop seeder, fertilize, add a layer of peat moss with Landzie spreader, roll, water. Works everytime.
