I prep lunch and dinner for the work week. Breakfast is always made fresh. And meals on the weekends cooked as needed also. Love the recipes keep up the good work.

I spotted this recipe today and thought I have some of those ingredients already. Stopped at the supermarket on the way home to pick up the rest. I have the burrito bowl cooking in the slow cooker. Some brown rice cooking in the rice cooker. It will be ready when I get up in the morning and I plan on taking it to work as lunch. Can not wait to try it.

I meal prep for 2! I'll make at least 2 varieties of breakfasts, 3-4 varieties of lunches and 2-3 varieties of snacks for my husband and I. This can typically last us for most of the week.

Nice recipe, tried this week but used garbanzo beans (chick peas) instead of black beans (don’t like em) and canned corn 🌽 (missed the frozen part). Did on low for 7.5 hours. Came out good! Thanks! Didn’t do the rice though, going low carb since the beans have carbs too.

Yes I meal prep, usually for 5 days for the work week, breakfast and lunches

5 days work week lunch and snack meal prep. Breakfast is low cal oatmeal, chocolate pb2 and 20g protien powder. Dinners are usually family time cooking, high protien and veggies. Weekends are little higher fat and grilling time!

I prep on Sunday for a 5 day work week. My prep consists of my lunch and snacks, and I make my breakfast the night before.

I usually meal prep for 5 to 6 days. I’m going to try this recipe but I’ve been meal prepping a lot of chicken lately, so I’m gonna maybe use chuck roast instead for this one to make a beef bowl.
