The G train exclusively travels between Brooklyn and Queens.

I am a native New Yorker and I had to get out because it got too expensive. Prices are always going up and the service received for said prices are going down. I just moved to Florida, and could buy two homes for the price I spent in NY. Mayor Bill de Blasio and Governor Cuomo are destroying NY City and State.

The j train can get you to Queens and Brooklyn and the G doesn't go into Manhattan at all.

You nailed it. All valid points, I would be on the 3 and the 1 train would race past or when I work in Queens and lived in the Bronx (Bronx to Queens via Manhattan). I always complained about the dog poop until I worked in San Francisco, the poop there is human.

I'm in my 60's but trust me, i had this complaint from the time I was a teen. It grates on my nerves when outsiders and tourists treat us like we don't matter and attempt to tell us about out city as though we're clueless. YOUR A VISITOR, STAY IN YOUR DAMNED LANE!!! It has made me more mindful of resudents in cities I've visited. I may enjoy my visit at a slower pace however, the locals still are living there lives and need to get places and do things.

7 out of 9 you'd avoid by riding a bicycle. However, there are at least 7 new ones that you'd have like people parking in bike lanes.

The worst thing that happened to me was the city deciding to do major weekend subway construction on the weekend right before Christmas (what a perfect time). I was trying to get the A train to Penn Station to get a train to Newark, and the city decided it was a great time to run all of the trains on the A line locally. Of course, every stop was packed, and I missed my NJ train and had to pay over $80 for a Lyft to make my flight to my family for Christmas.

you should make a video where new yorkers buy clothes. I'm from Brazil, I just subscribed to your channel.

The scaffolding is also there to keep pedestrians from being hit by falling debris due to neglected upkeep.

1- G train, Brooklyn to Queens only. Not "useless" if you're going from 🤔 Brooklyn to Queens and back
2- Happens once in a blue moon
3- Gotta fix the subways, would you prefer weekday construction?
4- See number 2
5- In the train, problem; on the platform no problem
6- Agreed
7- Great for rainy days
8- They're mostly out-of-towners
9- Out-of-towner complaint, normal pace for real NYers

I'm confused the J and the A, C go right to Brooklyn 🤔🤔

Scaffolds will never leave the city. Even when there is no new construction or repair work, some buildings are mandated by the city to have regular inspections via scaffolding.
