I have been playing GT for over 20 years. This new ACC update has definitely caught my attention and I'm going to look into it tonight. I'm really fed up with PD daily races.
The people at Gran Turismo just have no Creative Vision don't get me wrong the game is awesome but the daily races have no thinking behind it

Great to see ACC putting pressure on GT7, but new users will be put off by the faffing about with prepping cars ie tyre pressures, all the suspension variables, etc

Don't get me wrong. I do ACC from time to time, but GT7 is my go to when I just wanna chill.

And then there's my VR2. I just love it.

XCL is also a good way to get VERY fun and competitive racing on console. XCL does multiple daily races in different lengths and classes and has some championships too

I’d love to switch, if they enabled motion control for steering. I don’t have room for a wheel rig, and motion control for steering in GT7 is a close alternative.

I really hope this works long term. I think it could fill a huge gap between sim racing on console and PC for people like me who want a more serious, more in depth experience, but don't have the opportunity to move to PC.
GT7 is great for its accessibility and simplicity of setup, but they're clearly not interested in catering for the people that will make the effort to register and setup ACC.
I'm hoping that the additional work required for ACC will help keep the racing cleaner and more respectful? Maybe time will tell on that one.

I am fkin delighted. Gt7 is just trash, all down to PD. Can't regulate the drivers, basically only get a ban for language in the lobby, constantly changing the bop and physics and the same combos again and again and again. Got my acc account to a decent level and then stop playing it because there was no updates and the players just weren't there. Back to ACC now to see how this plays out. LFG.

Been trying to get in to ACC the last few weeks but with out VR it just doesn't do it for me. Hopefully when they release the adapter for PC i'll just try it then. This is a good thing though... hopefully it will get who ever is putting together the dailies some insight.

I wanna play more ACC but i can't be bothered to try different settings for hours on end or learn how it works. GT7 with BOP is much more fun and balanced.

You should try out Xbox Community League! (I know, we didn't have crossplay when we started, but PS5 players are more than welcome!)
We have been organising daily ranked races for 1.5 years already! We have stewarding, safety ratings and a skill base ranking system like LFM! We also already have a big established ranked player base! It is good to see Sim Grid entering the console scene! This will attract more players to ACC, but it isn't something new ;)

How do you get this i have acc on ps5 but i dont see the races just get special events. Is there something else am suppose to do. Is it just us? Not australia? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Kireth. Great video one thing that got be suggested to the developers of ACC is to allow on the PS5 version the ability to bind the throttle and brake on controller as I am disabled I can’t play it like I can on GT7 I imagine this would be a relatively easy fix

You make a good point at the end of the video. It's clear PD do not listen to the fans, where as other developers seem open to new ideas and changes to their games.

i just switched from gt7 to acc, i love it but acc needs to fix their bugs on the console, especially with the game causing saved files to become corrupt and losing your saved data and setups. once they fix that and the crashes sure it could kill the daily races

Hey Kireth I saw this video last thing last night. So put acc on download went to bed woke up early to try these new daily races and… well they aren’t there. At least on ps5 the online multiplayer for acc on console looks the same as ever? Can you make a video explaining how to join sim grid and how to interface it to your console so it is like daily races ? I can’t see an option in game and I can’t see anything like the lfm website on console to join races. Only some discord thing that doesn’t even accept my discord password ?
