I work in collections, on the phone. I speak very clear and understanding talking to my customers. HOWEVER my company I work for has DISCLOSURES… 😅I stutter, skip words, mumble, fast talking, 😢. It’s so embarrassing because I know that’s not me. I just hate reading them they are soo LONG. I’ll practice this today while working.
