The delight that filled your face when the Spanish started was beautiful. Both Ashley and Cesar were kids in Puerto Rico. Their families moved to Orlando which was growing like crazy. So boIh came by Spanish naturally. I had 5 yrs of Spanish in high school and college but that was over 50 yrs ago but it is still a lovely language. Ashley has done a few minis with VoicePlay, Como La Flor (Selena), check them out!

Your surprise face when they broke out the Spanish has to be one of the cooler moments I've seen in any reaction video ever. Great reaction! 👍

The Spanish and that key change, man. I adore this cover, and your reaction was just lovely.

Loved your face when they switched to Spanish. It is the first language for both Cesar and Ashley. The first one that Cesar did with them, before he was a full member of the group was We're Good. There is also a Spanish bit in that one, you might like to check it out.

I've been really looking forward to you reacting to this. I knew you'd love it.

Cesar and Ashley grew up friends in Puerto Rico. They say this song has always been big there and sung as a duet in Spanish.

I'm so glad you enjoyed it 😊

Samantha Lisa, so glad to hear your daughters are leaning both languages. I love listening to Spanish. I am a old Arizona gal who grew up with many Mexican friends and some family members. I know there are many different dialect of Spanish, but they are all beautiful. I adore your reactions. You are so warm and sweet. Hugs from an old lady.

I have said in the past (and will say again in the future, 'cuz it's a factual statement); Listening to/Watching a VoicePlay video is akin to retrieving a cozy blanket, fresh and warm from the dryer, and wrapping it around your soul on an otherwise chilly night...😊

It seems natural to us that Cesar and Ashley sing/speak in Spanish. But what’s really strange is that sometimes in a Voiceplay Q and A Cesar and Eli start conversing in Japanese! (Both of them did a yearx’s contract with Universal Studios in Japan, just at different times.)

Love your reactions. You truly have a heart. Just wanted to let you know. There was a lot of background noise during this video. You may want to go back and listen. Thanks again for your reactions.

Ashley and Cesar are both Puerto Rican. Very good friends.

Just letting you

Voiceplay released their new video on their Patreon Saturday. It's fantastic.
Be prepared for lots of low bass by Geoff portraying one of our favorite Disney villains.
Don't know when they're going to release it on YouTube yet.

@Samantha Lisa

Cesar and Ashley are both Puerto Rican so they are fluent in both Spanish and English. The two official languages of Puerto Rico are English and Spanish. English because Puerto Rico is an American Territory and Spanish because Puerto Rico's native language is Spanish. So, yeah, Puerto Rican Government requires fluency in both English and Spanish for all of their citizens.

When I first saw this, I was like, "Samantha MUST react to this!" To be honest, yours was the reaction I was most looking forward to because I had a feeling you would lose it at the Spanish parts. Half the reactors I've watched didn't even know it was Spanish. I guess not reading the full titles of videos is a "reactor thing"? 😝 I mean, seriously, I think only one out of all the reactors I've watched actually read the full title of the video and went, "Oh! Spanglish? This should be interesting."
