What I am learning these past couple of months is that we I need to acknowledge, accept and integrate my shadows. Forgive and thank those who have hurt me as an adult. They are the catalysts who are urging me to heal childhood issues. I also need to forgive me for self abandonment. I need to turn inwards in order to find peace and happiness in order to align with my higher self and the collective wisdom. I bless all in their journey of self discovery and healing. Synchronicity is real. The Higher Self is real and is a spark of the Divine. One's True Self or True Nature is Divine. This is the shocking revelation of the Individuation or Self Realization process, which I have been engaged in for 25 years. My experience has led me to accept that there is vast consciousness created through past lives. That your universe key is permanent, and has been and will be for eternity, that information created is never lost, and that to access the information you created in your past lives, you must use your subconscious. Worse, the choices you make subconsciously tend to be the best available from your array of past lives. This is where I agree that Karma from very far lives can affect you in this life because you make the choice subconsciously to pay back the karma.

If I heard it correctly, the narrator mentioned the "subconscious mind" which is a Freudian term from his inverted pyramid concept of the psyche. In Jungian psychology using a proper pyramid graphic, there is no sub-conscious, it is the personal and collective unconscious.

Nevertheless, one thing this discussion misses out that the notion of 'higher self' by Carl Jung a new discovery; you need to revisit some classical western philosophies such as Socrates' famous saying 'know thyself' which all about one's higher self put in a different phrase; the French paleontologist Teilhard De Chardin's concept of 'Noosphere' and most importantly the eastern philosophy in Hinduism the notion of Atman, in Zen Buddhism the idea of 'Shunya' or emptiness and presumably Jesus declaration of ' the kingdom of heaven is within'. Definitely all these wisdoms precede Karl Jung's idea of the 'Higher Self'.
