People drain me. I prefer solitude to recharge, relax and rest in peace.

I am an intuitive introvert and I went through spiritual Awakening and the whole process by immersing myself in inner introspection. serving within me and connecting with my higher self and the universe helped change my inner world and now I can do the same with the world around me. something beautiful, I recommend this inner path with all my heart to every person 🙏

Recently, I was told: "You worry about things no one else does." as in you're thinking too much.
I responded: "Maybe that is why I don't have as much problems as most people." One week later, the forklift stopped working, creating serious problems at work. Now, its time for you to worry, not me.

Good information. The consistent mispronunciation of Jung's name and numerous spelling errors were a little distracting though.

I am an introvert because I wanted to become a master to my life and my world instead of a slave to both.

Best advice I get is when I talk to myself

My strength as an intuitive introvert has been to accept and feel at peace when extroversion is seen as a mark of wisdom and excellence, whilst I comfortably sit, observe and put forward my observations to those who believed they were the only ones worth listening to. The expression ‘being comfortable in your own skin’ should be our mantra forever more 👍💖💖

I love how this video challenges the modern obsession with extroversion and constant social engagement. The emphasis on integrating both introverted and extroverted traits in a balanced way, rather than forcing ourselves to fit a mold, is such a liberating concept. Jung’s wisdom is truly timeless, and this breakdown makes it so accessible!

Extroverts are too busy talking to listen to what people are saying and observe what's going on.

The easiest way I have learned to live as an introvert in an extraverted world.
1. Marry someone who is also introverted. If not, you will constantly fight.
2. Make money as fast as possible because money is the only thing that forces you to participate in this ridiculous society we will in. Make a lot of money and make it as fast as you can. then at some point you can quit putting on a mask every day and be yourself for once.
3. Value your alone time, even from a spouse that you dearly love. An introvert needs alone time. to process.
4. Don't let your extraverted friends make you feel guilty for not hanging out EVERY NIGHT. If they don't understand you, or don't want to put the time in to understand you. they are not your friend. I'm sorry about it.
5. Recognize when someone is leeching off your orderly and calm life to make them feel better about the chaos they live in. This will always result in you being drained from the encounter while they seemed to get something from it. Do not let this type of behavior continue. They will simply bring their chaos into your orderly world and watch it burn down around you.
6. Piggybacks off 5. Don't try to build a utopia of seclusion for yourself. It wont be a utopia, it will be a prison. You cannot make the world orderly. The world is simply chaos. however one can TRY to not worry about things that you can't change. It is a constant battle but you will never be able to make the world what you want. However, you can find your place in the world, and that makes it seem a little less chaotic.

Stay strong

I am an INFJ and live in my mind. I can mirror others and some are surprised and many would never see me as an introvert. I get overwhelmed by too much stimuli and need to escape to recharge.

These type of videos make me feel good, as if someone understands my type of mind. But it doesn't translate to others that don't use logic or reason in their thinking. To me, it seems the world is full of fools running in circles and wasting time and space on an overcrowded planet. So few worth connecting with.

Any extrovert who might have been listening to this must be crying after hearing those positive aspects of being an introvert.

Jung actually stated
Introverts spoil their own game when speaking. He spoke on a patient who spoke in imagery and used her dreams as a tool to translate the progress of the therapy. Since Jung understood and was able to navigate the waters, he rowed her boat or rather acted like a dam at certain times until her own gates opened by her natural course of development. By the end her snake that lived inside her lower stomach had risen out the mouth and much like the archetype. Jung knew that this patient was not schizophrenic but was IN type. This is half assessed and needs to represent him accurately.

I used to wish so much I could know someone who'd understand and is worth relating my thoughts to. I realize and accept now that's probably not happening, no matter how eloquently I word said insights. I still wish to meet such a person, just a little, and without frustration. My mind is clearest when I'm alone anyway. I do love Jung's idea of creating balance though, or is it a bridge, between the two worlds.

Let's not forget, Jung also outlined some cons to being an intuitive introvert. I am one myself, but I see the potential for the problems he wrote about. It can be good and bad. Like everything else.

Something I have noticed over the past 4 years of being single paying my own bills handling my own problems going out to eat by myself doing the things that I love and enjoy doing like bowling by myself and just living my life how I choose to live my life gets me more noticed than when I choose to be extroverted in public like work or bowling. Being who you truly are will always get you more noticed because people will always be curious in how you can be yourself and not worry about how other humans think of you when they do

Interesting...
I have two comments:

on Extraversion; The specific aspect of extraversion that is useful to an intuitive introvert is what I will call 'calibrated assertiveness'. First, the need for an introvert to be assertive must be recognized and acted upon, phasing it in during the transition into adulthood and then further refining it throughout life. Typical education suppresses assertiveness, in part, because it is often overexpressed by extraverts. Introverts have a different need, and this is mostly ignored. The 'situational calibration' necessary to effectively use assertiveness in interactions with others is something that must be learned, and we are unlikely to get much help with the development and refinement of this necessary skill. I had to learn it on my own.

On Synchrnicity; I think I recognize what this is that Jung was describing. It is one of the aspects of our manifestation of our intuition. (I will investigate further for more detail, I am doing a brain dump ATM.) Specifically, it is a manifestation of "extraverted" (or externalized) intuition, or 'Ne', using MBTI typology function terminology. Ne recognizes gaps in the internal mental model of the world that we build, (using the Ti function in my specific personal case), and scans the outside world continuously on a subconscious level searching for things that seem like they might fit into those gaps. These gaps are sometimes called 'unknown unknowns'. When a likely candidate is found, it is brought to conscious attention through a nearly silent subconscious process that sometimes ultimately presents as an 'AHAH' event. This can appear almost magical, but it is not, not at all. In fact, the process can be consciously primed to operate at the subconscious level for a deliberately intended purpose. All that is needed to make it work for you is to consciously ask your subconscious to look for something for you, even if the characteristics are vague, then release the request so that it can go to work for you in your subconscious. Visualizations are really helpful especially if you are a strongly visual thinker. Be patient. Your subconscious intuition will start finding things for you that you would not otherwise have noticed. This can happen over time frames ranging from hours to months. When you get these little flashes of insight, thank your subconscious for them, even if they weren't quite what you were consciously anticipating. You will be surprised at what you find.

If you were actually trying to describe the Ni function, then my little essay is misplaced and belongs elsewhere. I am trying to describe the combination of Ti with Ne since this seems to be what I use as my first two functions and I am quite strongly introverted.

I often think of myself as not the sharpest knife in the drawer but I’m far from the dullest! Not sure what that means from the introverted lifestyle I currently hold but there we are!!
