This video is going to break down the 6 things he did to get shredded in just 12 weeks for the movie Baywatch, and will then show you meal by meal in his kitchen precisely how he ate for the month before his shirtless scenes in Baywatch.

The 6 Things Zac Efron did to get so Shredded in the 12 weeks leading up to the movie Baywatch:

1. No bulk and cut BS. He was just about 200 calories over his maintenance level

2. Push, Pull, Legs was his Split. He hit each muscle group TWICE per week.

3. ADVANCED shredding training. Tons of advanced training was implemented.

4. HIIT Cardio - no fasted cardio of hippie cardio regimens

5. sleep, water, micros, and no liquid calories

You don’t understand how hard it is for me to get those 7 - 8 hours. I love to stay up till about 2am and then get up at 6 for work. I love my waking times haha. Working out after work only ever gives me more energy late night.

I watched a video of Zac where he personally said he was stuffing himself with food and had to eat even when he didn't want to, he also said he did a lot of compound movements but also did a lot of different cross fit stuff

I loved the layout of this video, the details and the macro breakdown at the end are great! This is the first video of yours I have seen, I am going to go watch more. Hope they are like this one. I am female but find the female videos full of things I don't care about, like their dog, their car ride to gym, their outfits etc. I just want knowledge presented in a quick educational way. Thank you for just that!
question- is that supplement you mention at the end fit for females as well?

It really works if you simply have the knowledge and guidance to follow it and stick to it. Recently the Bollywood industry has had almost every actor undergo a transformation, even the 50 year old actors and they all became shredded. The key is a trainer and someone to tell you exactly what to eat and what exercises to do. It’s just science.

Thanks this was very helpful!! I am 5’8 and down to 156 pounds and my upper abs are starting to show. My muscle is ok for a regular guy who does light workouts 3-4 times a week. I would be happy just to get to 12 percent body fat and have a good beach body. I am on keto and eat 2 large meals a day with zero snacking. The meals consist of asparagus and a protein and fat. It’s really shredding me, but I’ve slowed down a bit because of my lack of sleep. I really need to start getting 8-9 hours and do a day of legs each week. Thanks for all of this and although I won’t be as intense on the workouts (back issues and sciatica) I can use a lot of this to keep climbing down in body fat to my goal. I do need to also get those abs in every day, not just 2-3 days a week. Thanks!!!

You'r squats. Careful with your knees internal rotating towards eachother while pushing up.

just saw the baywatch movie. not recommended for kids lol. but it did inspire me to get inshape and start some kind of training program and see how good i can look. i have never been able to build alot of muscle bulk. but wiuld love too :) hopefully i can figure out some kind of structured program by watching your videos :)
