I think you gave a very accurate assessment of Efron's physique.  I do think he could stand to add a bit more muscle almost everywhere on his body, and still have that Hollywood look of a lean leading man.

You don't need to hit shoulders twice.. I have better shoulders and I don't isolate them at all.
