Updating the drivers from the Asus support site seems to have actually fixed my problem of a completely unreliable touchpad. Shame it was not working from the day I purchased it but very pleased to see it is fixed now!

I use an ASUS ZenBook UX333. My problem was a "Disabled TouchPad". I downloaded the ASUS Precision TouchPad file via the video instructions and it fixed my problem. Thank you!

Purchased my Studio Book H5600QM in May of 2022. January of 2023 I experience my first touchpad issue. Reinstalling the drivers worked for about a week, then the issue came back. Updated BIOS settings then it worked for about 2 days. Currently factory resetting my laptop as recommended by Customer Support.
