How to fix Shotcut Video Editor Export Failed at certain percent

I don’t know this method will work for you or not. But at least it works for me. Usually this problem occurs when we working on multiple video track or when we play with size & position or chroma filters.
Here is the log file.
First, if you stuck at certain percentage with no error indication, you should try to disable the Parallel processing. Just uncheck or do not thick the parallel processing.
Second, if it failed at certain % try to add a blank video track then try to export it again.

I was desperate.... and impatient. I'd get to 40 ....or 60 percent.... and boom crash! Being impatient...I did both recommendations you suggested... and It took twice as long... but it worked! thank you for this. i have had success with adding a blank track. also thank you for making short videos that get right to the point. I hate starting to watch a 10 minute video and listening to them babble on and in the end, they didn't even address my problem !

I had the exact same problem as you, my friend.
It was stuck at 2%
I took me all day trying to fix it.
Then I found this video.
It fixed the issue and i was able to fix the problem.
I just want to say thank you.
Because if i gave up my project would be lost and i wouldnt be able to recover it so thank you.

Disabling parallel processing can change the font you selected in Shotcut! The render can have a different font.

Wow, I'm so happy! Thank you! Disabling the parallel processing worked... But only when I downloaded the 64bit version. The 32bit version didn't have the box where I could uncheck the parallel processing.

Thank you for your help. I needed to rotate 1 video file but once I was done and wanted to export, it immediately FAILED. I unclicked the PARALLEL PROCESSING option and VOILA!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!
