Hi great video. Can I use this kit on a SKYQ box to transmit sky tv from TV in my lounge to a TV in my bedroom?

I have a new 85" TV mounted with wires hidden. I'd like to watch DVDs on the big screen without having wires exposed from the DVD player to the TV so I bought these hoping it will transmit the videos to my television. Does the TX and RX have to be charging at all times? This isn't clear to me. Also, I would have liked to see both the TX/RX in action. Thank you.
