For those who don’t have a solved cube, solve all the corners of the cube in the same corner and then do the second (the true one) method

but eventually it just returns to the state it was before you started applying the sequence which in a solved case is a solved cube

Actually it does work. If you have any sort of patience and continue with it instead of giving up after 2 minutes then it works just fine
