Why You Should Own Microsoft in 2023 and Beyond | MSFT Stock Review
Показать описание
Microsoft is the second largest technology company in the world, currently valued at $1.8 trillion dollars. The software giant has fueled its 47 years of growth through constant innovation and major acquisitions. A single dollar invested in Microsoft at its 1986 IPO would've turned into $4,179 by the end of 2022; that’s with dividends reinvested of course. This amounts to a total return of 417,800%, or 25.48% annually. You can just imagine the crazy wealth this created. In fact, of early Microsoft employees with stock, 4 have become billionaires and at least 12,000 have become millionaires. But can an investment in Microsoft today still build wealth? I certainly think so. Microsoft is the largest holding in my long-term dividend growth stock portfolio. In this video, I’m going to provide a comprehensive overview of Microsoft’s current business and explain whether it deserves a place investment portfolio.
