Move and rotate multiple layers at the same time

We can move multiple layers selecting then in the Timeline and using the Move tool. It works for several transformation too like Rotation or Flip.

Anyway at the moment we cannot transform several layers with the Rectangular Marquee selection tool.

Is it possible to rotate two layers at once, via a selection?
E.g. An arm built out of two segments, each segment on a different layer (Shoulder to elbow, and elbow to wrist)
It is possible to rotate each part freely, even give them a set point to rotate around. Is it possible to select both layers, and rotate both layers around a single point? Let's say, the shoulder.

But what if I want to rotate them in a specific angle? Why can't I use free transform with multiple layers or the whole group?

Hello,

I am currently using Aseprite for a course I am taking at my college.

I am creating layers of animations for a character in video game I’m making.

My professor said we must have all of our layers in the same file in order to submit our Sprite Sheet.

Prior to knowing this I made each layer in a different file.

Can you explain the steps I must take in order to compliment each of these layers into one file?

Use marquee tool; bringing cursor just barely ourside of the corner of selection you may rotate at will

also is there away to draw only in the non alpha pixels ?? ilke blocking the alphachannel and draw ony at already drawn pixels over ? this last one make my life easy at the shading phase!!!!
