Press"A" if you want everything or select what you want, Hit R (dont touch mouse), Hit "Enter" then use the box on the bottom left to specify angle degrees and axis.

THANK YOU!!! Oh my God, you cannot imagine how much I have searched for this!!! As a recommendation, you can add some more words like 'move or rotate' 'group of objects' 'individual origins', so people can see this. Also, for newbies, maybe add a comment that to rotate individual parts of their object or animation, you should do XXX... in case they are worried they will change the point of origin of each individual object. 🙂
