Lizard jumping on my mom and freaking her out

that is called a collared lizard! i want one as a pet sooo badly.
that ones yellow and black which is odd since theyre normally bright blue, at least the males are.
its deffinetly almost fully grown though! and still a beautiful species.
if i was in that situation i would of been jumping up and down :D
