Two episodes of partial hearing loss last year (fully normal now) caused dizziness. Vestibular Neuritis according to the consultant. Still pushing myself though, like you've recommended, and dizziness with nausea spells are reducing both in term of frequent and duration. So thank-you 🤗

Ironically Neurologist prescribed Klonipin for help with Vestibular issues. I’m tapering off now for reasons you pointed out!

Indeed, when I sleep less, the dizziness increases, as well as when I feel pain in the neck or a crack in the spine, and during and after my Period

Thank you, Amy! Are you aware of any supplements that are an issue as well? Various herbs? Thank you!

My ENT told me to get meclizine but ONLY take it on days where I can't function. I've been dizzy since April 30 and have only taken it maybe 5 times.
