Dr. Gregg Gerstin discusses the question, ‘why do I feel dizzy all the time?’ and covers 4 causes of vertigo and dizziness you may be unaware of.

Today we’re talking all about vertigo, dizziness, and how you can get some help if you’re suffering from the spins. If you’re looking for how to get rid of vertigo and dizziness, this is the video for you. Some people are unaware of the correlation between jaw pain and dizziness, let alone other signals from other areas of the body. In this video, I’ll cover those physical reasons you get dizzy.

For those of you who don’t know, vertigo is a feeling of being off balance. Those experiences might feel like you are spinning or that the world around you is spinning. Vertigo is also often caused by an inner ear problem, but can also be caused by BPPV, Meniere's disease, Vestibular neuritis or labyrinthitis, head or neck injury, brain problems, migraines, and sometimes even medications. While this video won’t show you how to cure vertigo for good, it can be super helpful for 50% of people experiencing symptoms.

Hi Dr. Gregg. I actually just left the ED at the same hospital I work at. I've had TMJ with clicking since the 90's AND Vertigo since around the same time. I have never connected the two. I've only known about dislodged crystals in the ears. My last onset was in late 2017 where after I did the exercises and it was gone until today at work. For the last 2 weeks my TMJ has been acting up but for the first time my mandible has been feeling sore. Thank you from bringing some light to this mystery. The physician that checked me saw all my labs, Vitals and CT scan were in the green. He said "weird" after I explained what I was feeling even after all the test.

I am 16 years old boy, please read it sir and tell me what shoud I do now for curing my dizziness or the feeling of weakness in my head. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I am feeling dizzy for more than one weak. It never goes, I suffer from it 24 hours. First 3-4 days it was so severe that I could'nt even sit or walk. When I walked i felt I will fall. Now its not that severe but still Im facing it all day long. Now it doesnt create any problm in walking or sitting but my attention is always in my head and I cant focus. Sometimes it gets a little bit worse. Its not like Virtigie, anything doesn't spnie, its like my head is weak, no matter i sit or stand o lie down I feel it. I have anxity and depreasion. I got panic attacts two times in these days, first time. I was having medications of Zink and calcium. I was spending a bad lifestyle for a long time, I didnt use to eat vegtables and protains for a very long time, because i dont feel hungry, amd i used to sleep late, sometimes in the morning and not much physical work and last one months i was a vegan and didnt eat any meat, fish, mink and eggs. My second blood presure is little bit low, 10.

Hello Dr Gregg, 15 years ago I had a double Mastoidectomy and have had no issues with Vertigo til 12 months ago. I started getting ear infections and I have ent specialist working with me to better the problem. At the same time I started a new job for which is quite physical apart from some longhaul truck driving which is usually about 24 hours driving in a 48 hour period. For 12 months I've thought it was my ears but now I'm convinced my neck may be the culprit with my vertigo. Any advice to move forward with treatment would be great.

Cant get the PDF as am Australian and phone number isn't accepted in info to gain access. Am 74 & vertigo appeared Jan this year, making my life miserable cant help but wonder if due to the restrictions imposed during lock downs. Restricted to a tiny granny flat not allowed to travel further than designated kilometers & as an Asthmatic had to stay away from people . No family members within a 1000 kilometer radius so days spent on the couch hardly moving. Other than Asthma which was diagnosed when I moved to this state 15 years ago I have no other health problems and as I retired 2 years ago, if not for Covid would have moved from this place as not good for my health but was literally not able to move away.
