Advanced Guide to Acetylcholine in Nootropic Stacks

In this video I'll cover nootropic supplements that help increase acetylcholine (ACh) release in the brain, inhibit its breakdown, encourage reuptake, stimulate ACh neuroreceptors, or provide the ingredients needed to create acetylcholine.

The neurotransmitter Acetylcholine (ACh) plays a leading role in alertness, focus, memory and mood.

Acetylcholine also contributes to neuroplasticity that supports long-term potentiation needed to form long-term memory. And for a healthy, optimized brain.

Acetylcholine deficiency has been linked to ADHD, Alzheimer’s, dementia, Parkinson’s, and multiple sclerosis.

But you can’t take acetylcholine as a supplement. There is no such thing as "acetylcholine pills", or "acetylcholine tablets".

But certain foods can help boost acetylcholine (ACh) by providing your brain with the choline it needs to synthesize ACh.

The thing is most of us don’t get enough choline in our diet to produce the acetylcholine we need.

And this is particularly true if you’re using any one of the racetam nootropics in your stack.

The nootropics I talk about in this video are considered cholinergic compounds.

I'll provide a brief description of both natural and synthetic nootropics that help acetylcholine in your brain.

Dave, Last 4 to 6 weeks i took elderberry, Hawthorne, Arjuna and gotu kola to get rid of my panic attacks/ restlessness and itchy feel at my stomach and my palm.
However last days the attack is building up, with my usual defense much less effective. Yesterday i was playing with L glutamine to calm my stomach. But today every things fail. At the end i took potassium chloride 600 mg slow release. At 1800 mg it started to relax my heart beat. But only at 2400 mg then the irregular heartbeat and numbness almost completely dissolved. I will wait an hour to take another 600 mg to see how.
In the last 4 years consistently I need 1800 mg to reduce my muscles aches and started to relax my body. But only 2400 mg really works to neutralize the tension. I rarely go above 2400 mg in case it's too much potassium. I think in the pass an extra 600 mg will relax 20% more with no harm done. Except I was too happy just to stop my racing heart and muscle aches.
I think I hv heart palpitations easily since very young. Usually triggered by something like house burning down somewhere few blocks away when I was 4 to 5 years old

Hey Nootropic Expert, I was wondering if you'd know if any of these could substitute for nicotine as a kind of replacement for a smoker who's struggling (my mum) with the traditional cessation methods. I find vaping nicotine in small amounts 3mg per day is fine for my need but she hates any e liquid flavour but the doctors have thrown pretty much all they can and she was only able to slightly reduce her cigarettes. Any advice is appreciated, thanks and you have a new subscriber! 😊 👊

What about if I’m taking antipsychotics? Can I still take lemon balm? I have schizophrenia. Another thing I was thinking about is that I was going to take lemon balm Or another new tropic because I want to negate the effects of anticholinergic drugs. Basically what’s happening is that my memory is fading and another thing is that I have heat intolerance whenever I go out in the heat I become nauseous and can’t go in the heat for like a month later.

If one takes an anti siezure med (lamotragine), SAM-e and ALCAR how much alpha GPC would you recommend? I've been taking 300 but I'm guessing that's a bit short as the nootropics don't seem to be having any effect. Neither did Noopept (30mg 1/day). Can one take too much alpha GPC?

@nootropicsexpert When I read it is a race between content and the need for a nap. As I read it gets more difficult to read and I get sleepy. What is being used up in my brain as I read? Coffee and ECGC do work, but...
