That's not a fix. It's a bandaid. Find why explorer isn't starting to fix it.

Even after starting explorer, you would have to probably check if winlogon is running or not. If it isnt running, you would have to create that task, and then login to the specified user you want to use.

If your computer turns on and you see the black screen, just open the PC, take out the processor for 5 seconds and put it back in. You can also try removing and installing the ram memories.

If the error persists, just write a batch file with "start explorer.exe" (if the explorer is already running "stop explorer.exe" before that) and let it run automatically by adding a task for it in Windows task scheduler. Not a solution, but the workaround worked for me!

You should probably wait first, sometimes explorer starts a little sluggish and you might get a blank screen sometimes on occasion, especially with school computers
