2 tbs curry
1 tbs all purpose seasoning
1 tsp chicken bouillon
1 tsp garlic powder
1tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp masala
1tsp chicken seasoning
Oil

Curry turkey neck was a favorite in our household growing up. Am surprise when some say they never head of turkey neck being curried. I too add two different kinds of curry. It really gives a nice flavor.
